Contact Snapchat Ban Service on Telegram

The only way to reach Snapchat Ban Service is Telegram, at @TGMassReporterSupport. Send the Snapchat username or a link and a short note on what the account did. Our first reply tells you whether Snap's rules cover it, the report route we would pick, our fee and a likely duration. Passwords and login codes are never needed.

Ready to send the account?

Open the chat, paste the Snapchat link and add two or three lines on what happened. That is enough for a first answer.

No phone line, email inbox or other app. A profile claiming to be us anywhere else is not us.

What to include in your first message

A useful first message takes two minutes to write. These four things cover almost every case.

  1. The account or the post

The Snapchat username, or the link from “Copy link” on the profile, Story or Spotlight post. A screenshot of the profile helps if the account might be deleted soon.

  2. What it did, in your own words

Two or three lines: scam, fake profile, threats, bullying, stolen content. Add roughly when it started and whether it is still going on.

  3. Who was affected

You, a friend, your child, your business or your brand. Some Snap forms only accept the affected person or the rights owner, so this decides the route.

  4. Proof you already have

Screenshots that show the username and the date, saved links and any report you already filed with Snap. Keep the originals on your phone.

Never send us these

None of this is needed to report someone else's Snapchat account, and anyone who asks for it is not acting in your interest.

  • Your Snapchat password, login codes or backup codes.
  • Your email or phone login details for any account.
  • Intimate images, even as evidence. Describe them instead.
  • Card numbers, bank logins or crypto wallet keys.
  • Copies of ID documents unless a Snap form you file yourself asks for them.

What happens after you write

There is no automated reply and no bot. A person reads every message.

Contact questions

Is Telegram really the only way to reach you?

Yes. There is no phone number, no email address and no account on other apps. If someone contacts you claiming to be Snapchat Ban Service anywhere else, it is not us.

How quickly will you answer?

Messages are answered in the order they arrive, by a person, and we do not promise a fixed reply time. Cases involving threats, sextortion or a child at risk are read first.

Will you contact the account I am reporting?

No. We never message, warn or confront the account you report. Everything goes through Snap's own reporting routes.

Can I stay anonymous?

You can write to us under any Telegram name. Some of Snap's web forms ask the person filing for an email address, so when a report must come from you, Snap will see the contact details you choose to give it.

Snapchat Ban Service runs on its own and has no relationship with Snap Inc. Writing to us is not the same as contacting Snapchat Support.
